Wonderful Stay Positive: Great location with incredible restaurants, pubs, and public transportation close by. Staff (Yaseen & John) provided thorough information about the apartment, and were accommodating and promptly responsive. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with great amenities to make for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in London! Yaseen (the owner) had excellent communication and shared detailed guidance/photos that made it easy to get settled in. And it was such a pleasure chatting with John (our in-person contact), who helped welcome us and gave lots of great sight-seeing advice. He even had some fruit and water waiting for us, which was a nice surprise after a long travel day!The flat was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a very safe, convenient location close to several Tube and bus stops, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The flat had lots of great features such as smart washer/dryer, heated floors (which would be nice in the summer), fans (which we appreciated during the heatwave), and much more.We’d absolutely recommend this flat to anyone visiting London, and would happily stay here again!

Property manager’s communication was fantastic, leveraged WhatsApp & was extremely detailed and timely, arrived to greet us in person to handover keys, show us how everything worked, answer any questions we had & offered guidance & suggestions for transportation & touring options. Property was well appointed & equipped & a great location to walk many places. . Thank you for an excellent experience.
