The apartment was impeccably clean, and we were warmly welcomed by Nanette, who is an exceptional person and a true professional. Her attentive and supportive attitude throughout our stay made the experience truly outstanding. We would also like to praise Yassen, who was equally courteous and caring, ensuring everything was perfect during our time there. The views from every room were breathtaking, and the internet connection was flawless, making it very convenient to stay connected. The comfort and convenience of the apartment were top-notch, with every essential provided in the best possible way. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, periodically cleaning the apartment to perfection and replacing bedding and towels as needed. Upon arrival, we were greeted with thoughtful compliments—bottled water, coffee capsules, and a large vase of fresh fruits, which added a lovely touch to our experience.
